The base price for SulNOx is ₦80/ml for direct distributor purchases.

Q2: How much should I sell the product for?

Distributors are recommended to sell at ₦90/ml, with a maximum price cap of ₦100/ml to maintain pricing integrity.

Q3: Can I sell above ₦100/ml?

No. Distributors must not exceed the ₦100/ml limit to ensure market consistency.

Q4: How do distributors earn?

Distributors earn by selling at their preferred price, up to the maximum limit.
For example, if a distributor sells a unit for ₦2,100, they remit ₦2,000 to FHIL and keep ₦100 as earnings.

Q5: Is there a referral bonus?

Yes. A 1% commission is granted on sales generated through a referral for up to 3 months.

2. Payments & Credit Limit

Q6: Is there a credit limit for distributors?

Yes. The maximum value of unpaid stock must not exceed ₦200,000 at any given time.

Q7: How long do I have to pay for credit purchases?

A 45-day credit period is provided for outstanding payments within the credit limit.

Q8: How should I make payments?

Distributors are encouraged to make daily sales payments to FHIL’s designated account:

Q9: What happens if I exceed my credit limit?

FHIL reserves the right to withhold further product supply if outstanding payments exceed the credit limit.

Q10: How can I get support or ask questions?

Distributors can ask questions and seek clarifications via the FHIL Distributors WhatsApp Portal.

Q11: Will FHIL provide updates and promotions?

Yes, FHIL will provide periodic updates, promotions, and relevant information through the WhatsApp portal.

4. Return Policy & Cashback for Empty Bottles

Q12: Can I return empty bottles?

Yes. Distributors can return empty bottles and receive cashback points.

Q13: How much cashback do I get for empty bottles?

• 25ml bottle → 10 points

• 125ml bottle → 50 points

• 250ml bottle → 100 points

Q14: How can I use cashback points?

Cashback points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases or other incentives once they accumulate a minimum of 2,000 points (1 point = ₦1).

5. Compliance & Marketing Guidelines

Q15: Where can I sell SulNOx products?

Distributors must sell SulNOx products only at approved retail and wholesale locations.

Q16: Can I change FHIL marketing materials?

No. FHIL branding and marketing materials must be used as provided and may not be altered.

Q17: Can I advertise the product however I want?

No. Distributors must not engage in any false or misleading advertising about SulNOx products.

6. Termination of Agreement

Q18: Can FHIL terminate my distributorship?

Yes. FHIL may terminate the agreement if:

• The Distributor breaches any terms of the agreement.

• The Distributor engages in unethical sales practices.

• The Distributor fails to settle outstanding payments beyond the agreed limit.

Q19: Can I terminate my agreement as a distributor?

Yes. The Distributor may terminate the agreement with prior written notice to FHIL.

Q20: Is there a notice period before termination?

Yes. A 14-day notice period is required for termination by either party.

7. Other General Questions

Q21: Am I an FHIL employee as a distributor?

No. The agreement does not establish an employer-employee relationship between FHIL and the Distributor.

Q22: Do I need to pay taxes on my earnings?

Yes. Distributors are responsible for their own taxes and business operations.

Q23: What happens if there is a dispute?

Any dispute arising from this agreement shall first be resolved amicably. If necessary, it will be handled through legal channels in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
